Tyler Jackson, a Marine with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 14.1, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Brian Spence, a Coastguardsman with U.S. Coast Guard Station Seattle, discuss small-boat engine mechanics through an interpreter in Lomé, Togo, March 25.
