The guided-missile frigate USS Stephen W. Groves transits under the Dames Point Bridge, one of Jacksonville's many bridges, as they make their way to downtown Jacksonville. Groves invited friends and family members along on a family day cruise as they traveled the St. Johns river to Jacksonville to participate in Navy birthday celebrations.
