Carol Edlin, Jeanne Ann Mullins and Carolyn Jones were honored with the President's Volunteer Service Award in March. Each woman is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers civilian and together, over the course of a decade, volunteered nearly 16,000 hours to help employees and their families better manage deployments to combat zones as well as natural disasters.
