Marines from Kilo Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, perform buddy rushes during live-fire squad training, Oct. 3, 2008, aboard Fort Pickett, Va., a Virginia Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center. The squad training was part of the unit's off-site training, the first major training evolution for the 22nd MEU's pre-deployment training cycle. BLT 3/2 is the Ground Combat Element of the 22nd MEU, which is scheduled for a six-month deployment next spring.
