Children give Capt. Raymond Palmer a drawing of the Coast Guard Barque Eagle (WIX-327) Friday. The Eagle was docked in Morehead City March 28 – 30, 2014 for public tours. Guests touring the ship learned the Eagle’s historical importance, the mission of the Coast Guard Academy cadets and its one of a kind design.
