    Captain Travis Posey, a team leader with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 14.1, demonstrates the proper way to detain a rioter during a week-long non-lethal weapons tactics course in Takoradi, Ghana, March 19. Posey and two other Marines trained with a group of sailors from the Ghana Navy in non-lethal weapons tactics, March 17-21, in order to promote and strengthen the ability to conduct good governance and development.
