Springfield, Mo., native, Spc. Sophal Peng, a heavy equipment operator for the 955th Engineer Company, 489th Engineer Battalion, based out of Little Rock, Ark., gives instruction on operating a hydraulic excavator to Sgt. Maj. Allen Fritzsching, senior enlisted adviser to the U.S. Army inspector general, during a March 23 visit to Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan.
