Two military personnel wearing tactical vests labeled 'OR CERFP DECON LNO' are writing on a large gridded document at a wooden table in what appears to be an operations or command center. A third uniformed individual is visible in the background working at a separate station. The setting suggests a civil support or emergency response training exercise.
