Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Airman Paul Williams from Jacksonville, Fla. directs an MH-60 Sea Hawk onto the flight deck aboard the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) during a vertical replenishment March 29. Bataan is the flagship for the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
