    A medical evacuation helicopter from Company C, 2nd Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, lands on a Fort Hood helipad as Soldiers from the 154th Transportation Company, 180th Transportation Battalion, 15th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), wait to load simulated patients on to the helicopter.
