On Feb. 26, Kirk Barley (center), the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) J8 programs chief and the Managers’ Internal Control Program (MICP) functional manager, met with personnel from across the command to discuss recent progress with their respective Assessable Units. During these monthly meetings, Barley ensures the Assessable Unit Managers from each JECC directorate and subordinate joint command are in compliance with their specific processes and continue to meet MICP requirements.
