    Retired Army Spc. Andrew Miller answers questions from the Camp Phoenix audience during his tour of Afghanistan with Operation Proper Exit. Miller lost his left leg when he stepped on an anti-personnel mine in Afghanistan Sept. 11, 2010. Miller returned to Afghanistan to tell his story to service members and is currently finishing a finance degree from the University of Houston.
