    A Bandvagn 206, the Norwegian Army’s all-terrain carrier of choice, sits at a security position during a sudden snowstorm during Cold Response 14, a extreme cold-weather training evolution that brings together nearly 16,000 troops from 16 countries above the Arctic Circle to integrate as one team. The initial stages of the exercise presented an unpredicted obstacle to overcome with temperatures being warmer than expected, causing wet and windy conditions that gave Marines the challenge of staying dry.
