Steelworker (SCW/DV) Cody Oswald measures the distance between stabilization points on Hydro-acoustic Data Acquisition System (HDAS) cable off the coast of Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia. NSF Diego Garcia is the first of seven stops spanning six countries across the Pacific for members of Underwater Construction Team 2's Construction Dive Detachment Charlie. They'll be conducting inspection, maintenance and repair of various underwater and waterfront facilities along with participation in four Pacific Fleet exercises during their six-month PACOM deployment.
