An ice jam along the Big Horn River raised river levels in Greybull, Wyo., to within 2 feet of the top of the 2.5-mile long federally-constructed, locally-sponsored levee. Officials in Greybull cancelled classes at local schools for March 10 citing flooding concerns and wanted the buses to be available to evacuate people if necessary.
