U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Brian Robinson, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), assaultman gunner and native of Pittsburgh, cleans his Shoulder-launched, Multipurpose Assault Weapon aboard the USS Bataan (LHD 5) after completing a bilateral exercise in Greece with the Hellenic Army. The U.S. and Greece regularly conduct scheduled military exercises to strengthen professional and personal relationships. The MEU is deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group as a sea-based, expeditionary crisis response force capable of conducting amphibious missions across the full range of military operations.
