Retired U.S. Navy Capt. Robin Releigh, second from left, conducts a bridge resource management seminar aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) Feb. 11, 2014, in Polaris Point, Guam, for sailors and Military Sealift Command employees assigned to the ship. The semiannual course was intended for MSC bridge members and was designed to promote safe ship navigation.
