Lt. Col. Tim Sullivan, commander of the 13th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, shows admiration for an encased flag given to him by Lt. Col. Marci D. Toler, commander of the 259th CSSB, Sept. 12, 2008 at Joint Base Balad. The flag was flown on Sep. 11; Toler said it was a representation of the efforts the 13th CSSB made to help ensure freedom.
