Lance Cpl. Helen M. Girardot troubleshoots network connectivity on a computer in the combined operations center at the 1st Republic of Korea Marine Corps Division Base in Pohang March 11. During Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise 2014, Girardot works 12-hour shifts to maintain connectivity throughout the duration of the exercise. Girardot is a field wireman with 7th Communication Battalion, III MEF Headquarters Group, III MEF. MEFEX 14 exercises the interoperability and combined capability of ROK and U.S. Marine Corps Forces.
