    A once operational courtyard fountain is seen through cigarette factory building windows full of bullet holes, July 27, 2008. Soldiers from 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy) are drastically enhancing the building, which houses several coalition force Soldiers and Iraqi security force national police officers.
