Soldiers of the Washington, D.C., National Guard’s 1946th Contingency Contracting Team traveled to Edinburgh, Ind., through the month of February to conduct Contingency Contracting mission-specific training at the Camp Atterbury Contracting Center of Excellence. Team members learned how to utilize the latest equipment to obtain goods, services and construction materials from commercial sources in support of contingency operations.
