Ninety-year-old, Pittsburgh native and World War II Veteran, Thomas P. Hanlon, served with the 88th Infantry Division from 1943 to 1945 and was the guest speaker at the 316th ESC Victory Ball. His presence was a unique tie-back to the unit hosting the event as he is the grandfather of Capt. Andrew Steimer, the 316th ESC, Headquarters and Headquarters Company Commander.
