Senior Airman Jason Collins rakes new asphalt at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Feb. 19, 2014. The asphalt will be paved into an access road for the newly built Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility. The CASF will house and provide medical care to wounded service members prior to medical evacuation. RED HORSE provides heavy repair and construction capabilities throughout the U.S. Air Forces Central Command area of responsibility.
