Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert speaks with senior Philippine navy officers on the bridge of the Philippine navy frigate BRP Grigorio Del Pilar (PF 15) where he toured the ship and reviewed the modifications made since it was converted from a U.S. Coast Guard vessel into a Philippine navy vessel. Earlier, Greenert visited Naval Base Cavite to engage with senior Philippine navy leadership, conduct facility tours and observe fleet capabilities on his second day in the Philippines for a counterpart visit.
