    Fast Rope Insertion and Extraction System (FRIES) is utilized by members assigned to the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Green Berets and members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force via a U.S. aviation element from 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) at the completion of a culmination exercise, Feb. 14, off of Chacachacare Island, located on the western-most island off of Trinidad. This JCET is part of Special Operations Command South’s Theater Security Cooperation program that enables Special Operations Forces (SOF) to train with partner nation military and defense forces overseas.
