S.C. Army National Guard Sgt. Chris Grant and Sgt. Clayton Shaw get their wrecker ready to support the S.C. Department of Public Safety and prepare for the winter storm missions assisting stranded motorists and truckers on roadways. They were called to state active duty after S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley declared a state of emergency with the ice storm that impacted the southeastern part of the U.S. and South Carolina Feb. 11-13, 2014.
