Daigle, a Soldier with F Company, 199th Support Battalion, carries the bags of residents heading back home after spending days in evacuee shelter in the Lake Charles Civic Center. Many people from Texas and southern Louisiana sought shelter from Hurricane Ike in the Lake Charles area.
