Coast Guard Capt. Brian Penoyer, the commanding officer of Sector Houston-Galveston, receives a gift from Dr. Ellen Ochoa, the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center director, Jan. 30, 2014. Penoyer and Ochoa met Thursday, in a meeting that was prompted after the relocation of Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston to it's new facility in Ellington Field.
