U.S. Navy Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Petty Officer Jonathen Davis of Expeditionary Combat Camera and Marine Combat Correspondent Cpl. Alicia Giron, shoot photos of the Continuing Promise 2010, Partnership of the America's, opening ceremony in Limon, Costa Rica, Aug. 21, 2010. Davis and Giron are currently deployed on the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Iwo Jima is currently pier side in Costa Rica in support of Continuing Promise 2010 humanitarian civic assistance (HCA) mission. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked onboard Iwo Jima will work with partner nation's teams to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering assistance to eight different nations to improve mutual understanding of current medical issues.
