Col. Charles D. Costanza, commander of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, cuts a cake at the reception for the brigade's first quarterly volunteer award ceremony. Costanza hosted the event, which recognized 27 spouses from the brigade's six battalion for the hours they volunteered in support of their unit's Family Readiness Groups. "The [volunteers] really do make Kelley hill a neat and special place," Costanza said. "You all make this a fantastic place to be!"
