Corporal Moses A. Perkins, a semitrailer refueler operator with General Service Motor Transportation Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group, checks the oil of a MK970 semitrailer refueler during a quality control check during the Semitrailer Refueler Operator’s Course aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 16, 2014.
