Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott A. Webb holds a flag as Seaman Heyliana Primera sings the Star Spangled Banner during a memorial ceremony aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu to honor those lost during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorists attacks. The flag, which was used at the World Trade Center to cover the remains of fallen firefighters, was flown half-mast at sunset following the ceremony. Peleliu is deployed in support of maritime security operations in the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
