Jay Taggart (right), with the Belton Chamber of Commerce, presents a Belton city flag to Lt. Col. Aaron Hardy, Jr., the commander of the 1st Support Battalion, Jan. 16 as he and 47 additional soldiers from the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) prepared to deploy to the Sinai Peninsula in support of the Multinational Force and Observer mission. The cities of Belton and Temple have a long-standing partnership with the 13th SC(E) and its soldiers.
