Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Command Master Chief Wayne Smith salutes during morning colors with the fiscal year 2009 chief petty officer selectees prior to beginning a 9/11 memorial ceremony in front of the CPO Club. The ceremony included a wreath laying on the CPO Club 9/11 Memorial, which was dedicated to the base by the FY 2002 chief petty officer selectees to remember those who perished in terrorist attacks seven years ago.
