Juan Vega, a native of Bronx, N.Y., who was a first responder with the New York Fire Department, on Sept. 11, 2001, answers questions about his time serving at Ground Zero with FDNY following the 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Division – Baghdad Patriot Day Observance held in front of the division headquarters, Sept 11, 2008. Vega now serves as a combat medic with Company D, 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, attached to 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
