    130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade

    North Carolina Army National Guard Col. Eric Kohl, the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade commander, speaks at the 105th Engineer Battalion change of command ceremony at Hoke County High School in Raeford, N.C., Jan. 11. During the ceremony, Kohl accepted the unit's flag from Lt. Col. Burnett, the outgoing commander, and passed it to Lt. Col. Rodney Newton, the incoming commander; signifying the passing of the leadership mantle. Kohl's last command was with this battalion; which he led through a tour in Afghanistan, 2009-2010.
