    Louisiana National Guard

    Louisiana National Guard Soldiers assigned to Joint Task Force Gator talk with residents along Highway 11 in eastern New Orleans as water, due to Hurricane Ike's storm surge, begins to rise in the area, Sept. 12, 2008.
