Two U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) pattern camouflage are crouched on the ground, appearing to perform a tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) or first aid procedure on a simulated casualty. One soldier wears a distinctive black campaign/drill sergeant hat while the other wears a standard ACU helmet. Additional soldiers in uniform are visible in the background, suggesting a training exercise.
