Arizona Army National Guard soldiers, Spc. Rashaad Gregory, an air conditioner and refrigeration repairer with the 3666th Support Maintenance Company in Phoenix, and Pfc. Edwin L. Carter, a truck driver with the 222nd Transportation Company in Florence, Ariz., share a laugh during a television interview Jan. 12 at the Pettycrew Armory in Phoenix. Carter is credited for his actions that helped save Gregory's life after a vehicle collision. Carter was presented with the Arizona Distinguished Service Medal during a ceremony earlier.
