Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus throws his official command coin to Aviation Maintenance Administrationman 3rd Class Matthew Blach, from the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), in recognition for asking the first question at an all-hands call at the base theater at Naval Base Coronado. Mabus answered questions from an audience of sailors in the fleet via live, remote video casts, social media, phone-ins and pre-recorded video questions.
