A painted mural on two concrete barrier blocks (likely T-barriers or Jersey barriers) depicting a U.S. Army unit insignia. The mural identifies HSC (Headquarters and Support Company) 890th unit, nicknamed 'Hurricanes,' with leadership names CPT Eric Sanchez and 1SG Michael Weaver. The setting appears to be a forward operating base or military installation, evidenced by camouflage netting visible on the structure behind.
