Pamela Langley, an automated logistical specialist instructor with the 8/104th Quartermaster Battalion, teaches supply procedures while competing in the 80th Training Command (TASS) Instructor of the Year Competition at Fort Knox, Ky., Jan. 6, 2014. Competitors are judged on their communication skills, technical and tactical knowledge, appearance and military bearing. Judges also give consideration to training contribution, training-literature development, and article publication research. The winner of the event in each category will compete at the TRADOC level.
