Iraqi soldiers handed out handbills and posters in Hurriya a neighborhood in northwest Baghdad, to spread the word about Haydar Mehdi, a special groups criminal wanted for violent acts against Iraqi security and coalition forces. Iraqi army soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 22nd Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army division aim to capitilize on security gains in the area to strentghen their relationship with the local populace and keep special groups criminals out.
