A resident of Jihad and a member of the Sons of Iraq program eagerly removed excess concertina wire, Sept. 8, 2008, during a cleanup effort by Soldiers from Company C, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad. Residents of Jihad are proud and prepared to help keep the community clean.
