Members of the air department aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima use chocks to help secure a helicopter during a "STUFFEX," an exercise designed to test the crew's ability to move aircraft between the flight deck and the hangar bay. Iwo Jima is the flagship of the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group, which is en route to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility to support maritime security operations.
