Two individuals are visible in what appears to be an indoor pool or water training facility. One person wearing a red survival/flotation vest with harness straps and a diving mask with snorkel is seated, while a second person in a black t-shirt stands behind them, appearing to adjust or check the equipment. This appears to be a water survival or rescue training exercise.
