Captain Rafiel D. Warfield, Staff Judge Advocate for Marine Corps Activity
Guam, swears in to become the Marine's Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) by the Honorable Frances Tydingco-Gatewood, Chief Judge of the District Court of Guam, Dec 11, 2013. A SAUSA handles both criminal and civil matters. SAUSAs are required to be currently employed with the federal government, have a current U.S. Government background check, and be admitted to practice law somewhere in the United States. Captain Warfield is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.
