Sgt. 1st Class Gala Knowles, a native of Spokane, Wash., who serves with the 432nd Civil Affairs Battalion, working with medics from the 1st Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, finishes putting on an Ace Bandage on a young Iraqi girl's arm, Aug. 12, 2008, during a combined medical engagement in Shiek Lattif Village, which is located northwest of Baghdad. The visit provided local residents an opportunity to be seen by a doctor and to have their medication needs met.
