    3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division

    Lt. Col. Brian Eifler, a native of Farmington Hills, Mich., commanding officer of Task Force 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, speaks to representatives of the Sadr City District Advisory Council and the Iraqi army at the al Faw Intermediate School, which has recently undergone extensive renovations Aug. 14, 2008.
