Lt. Cmdr. Louis Cimoreli, a family practice physician assigned to Fleet Surgical Team 4 embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge, conducts a neurological exam on a patient at Juan Comenius High School during a humanitarian assistance project. Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean phase of Continuing Promise 2008, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
